Floral Design Level 1
Lesson title: Wedding Unit
Objectives:
– We will evaluate the different components of weddings in the floral industry
– Students will create a mock wedding that contains all floral components
– Students will establish a floral budget and industry sale advertisement
– Students will build a wedding portfolio
– Students will design a wedding bouquet, boutineer, corsage, and cake topper
– students will Coordinate with the culinary department to develop a mock wedding cake for a client

Advanced Floral Design and Practicum
Lesson Title: hands on level 1 and level 2 design practice
Objectives:
– Students will create all three components of their certification designs
– students will work to establish perfect design principles of elements
– Students will understand the requirements to successfully pass the three design certification exam
